The challenge
Small businesses in Colombia sell over WhatsApp, but track catalog, orders, credit and deliveries in notebooks and scattered chats. Existing tools are expensive, English-only or don't connect to WhatsApp.
What I built
- Public store per business, with gallery, cash and credit pricing, opening hours, locations on a map and an order-on-WhatsApp button.
- 3-column chat inbox with built-in CRM and POS: customers are matched by phone and tags sync with WhatsApp Business labels.
- AI that suggests replies to the sales agent based on catalog and customer history, and writes product descriptions.
- Credit sales with installments, amortization and automatic WhatsApp reminders.
- Delivery: courier app with live GPS and map monitoring.
- Multi-tenant with super-admin, plan limits and one WhatsApp session per business.
- Swappable provider layer, ready to move from Baileys to the official WhatsApp Cloud API.
